Shipping Policy

We aim to get your wine to you as quickly and safely as possible.

United Kingdom

UK orders are sent with DPD.

Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same business day for next-business-day delivery.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

While we aim to meet these delivery times, occasional delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control may occur.

European Union

EU orders are shipped with UPS.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, local holidays and courier operations.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and selected European Union countries.

Due to differing national rules governing the direct-to-consumer sale and delivery of alcohol, we are unable to ship to certain destinations. If your country is not available as a shipping destination at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to deliver there at this time.

Our available delivery destinations may change as we expand our distribution and regulatory coverage.

Alcohol Deliveries

All orders contain alcohol and may only be purchased and received by persons who meet the legal drinking age in the country of delivery.

Our delivery partners may request proof of age or identification upon delivery. Alcohol will not be delivered where the recipient does not satisfy the applicable age requirements.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
